Works on every plan — Free, Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise. Add the connector once and it's available everywhere you're signed in to Claude: the web app, Claude Desktop, and the mobile apps.

Prerequisites

  • A Manyreach account + your API key (Manyreach web app → API & Integrations)
  • A claude.ai account on any plan. Free is capped at one custom connector total.
  • Team / Enterprise: an Owner (or Primary Owner) must add the connector for the organization before other members can connect to it.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Connectors (may appear as Customize → Connectors on some accounts — Anthropic's own docs use both labels for the same screen).
  2. Click +, then Add custom connector.
  3. Name it (e.g. "Manyreach") and paste the server URL: https://mcp.manyreach.com/mcp
  4. Leave Advanced settings (the Client ID / Secret fields) empty — and the newer Request headers section too, if your account shows one. Manyreach and Claude set all of that up between themselves.
  5. Click Add, then Connect.

Team / Enterprise: an Owner or Primary Owner adds it once for the whole organization under Admin settings → ConnectorsAddCustomWeb. Members then find it under Settings → Connectors and click Connect (on Team plans, members without permission may see Request instead — it notifies your admins).

What the authorization looks like

Your browser opens a Manyreach authorization page. Paste your API key there and click Authorize. The key is checked once and never shown to the AI — afterwards the connection stays signed in on its own.

Verify

Ask Claude to "describe the Manyreach catalog". It should call the describe tool and list resources like campaign, prospect, and sender.

Troubleshooting

  • "Connector limit reached" on Free — Free plans allow one custom connector; remove another one or upgrade.
  • Team/Enterprise members can't find the connector — an Owner or Primary Owner has to add it at the organization level first; individual members can't self-serve a brand-new one.
  • Tools stop working after a while — the connection can occasionally go stale even though it should stay signed in; disconnect and reconnect it under Settings → Connectors (Anthropic's own recommended fix).
  • Key rejected on the authorization page — double-check the API key in the Manyreach web app and that your Manyreach plan includes API access.
