What Manyreach is

Manyreach is one of the leading cold-email platforms: it sends personalized email sequences to prospects, at controlled volume, from warmed-up sending accounts, with the goal of starting conversations — replies and booked meetings, not clicks. Unlimited mailboxes, unlimited prospects and unlimited team seats on pay-as-you-go pricing make it a natural home for teams that send at scale without an enterprise budget.

Everything in the product hangs off five nouns:

  • Senders — the real email accounts that do the sending. Each has daily limits and a warmup state; their reputation is the scarcest resource you manage.
  • Campaigns — one outreach effort: the first email plus its settings (who sends, when, how fast).
  • Sequences — the follow-up touches after that first email, with conditions on opens, clicks, and replies.
  • Prospects — the people you contact, organized into lists, labeled with tags, each with a per-campaign sending status.
  • Messages — everything sent and received, including the replies that are the whole point.

The working loop: connect senders → build a campaign and its sequence → load and enroll prospects → start → read replies and stats. The platform paces the sends, respects per-sender limits, records every open and reply, and keeps a suppression list of addresses that must never be contacted.

Success is two games at once. The deliverability game: send too much, too fast, from a cold account to a stale list, and you land in spam regardless of what you wrote. The copy game: land in the inbox with a generic pitch and nothing happens either. The platform automates most of the first game; this playbook exists mostly for the second — and for the judgment calls automation can't make: volume discipline, list quality, and what to actually say.
